	As an integrated energy and resources company, PT Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk. (Corporation or “BIPI”) has an investment portfolio and asset in a number of mining sectors covering oil and gas, coal, and supported by services related to these sectors. January PT Delta Samudera was granted with Notification Letter of License Evaluation (SKIP) for the Coal and Coal General Survey License for 9,450 hectares and a Coal Exploration License for 9,384 hectares in Nyuatan Sub-District, East Kalimantan. April BIPI was officially established in Jakarta, Indonesia under the name of PT Macau Oil Engineering and Technology, on April 19, 2007. On April 27, 2007 Patina Group Ltd signed a joint operational agreement (KSO) with PT Pertamina EP to operate Bangkudulis oil and gas field in East Kalimantan for 15 years. April PT Delta Samudera commenced drilling activities for coal exploration in Nyuatan Sub-District, East Kalimantan. May PT Suluh Ardhi Engineering was registered as a member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia/KADIN) and Association of National Construction Players (Gabungan Pelaksana Konstruksi Nasional Indonesia/GAPENSI) for EPC business. PT Nusa Energy Raya obtained a Manganese Exploration License for an area of 3,503 hectares in Reok, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. June PT Suluh Ardhi Engineering obtained a National Construction Service License from Jakarta Regional Government. PT Nusa Energy Raya obtained a Manganese Exploration License for an area of 199.7 hectares in Reok, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. July PT Suluh Ardhi Engineering obtained a Registered Notification Letter (SKT) from the Indonesian Directorate General of Oil and Gas for its EPC business. August PT Nusa Energy Raya commenced a detailed exploration for manganese in South Reok Block with geo-electric and drilling technology.		January PT Delta Samudera received an extended Coal Exploration license for the second year for an area of 9,384 hectares in Nyuatan, Sub-Distric East Kalimantan. March PT Benakat Barat Petroleum signed a Joint Operational Agreement (KSO) with PT Pertamina EP for West Benakat Oil Field for a 15 years period. The oil field’s production rate at that time was 1.408 bopd. August KSO Pertamina EP - Benakat Barat Petroleum received an ISO 9001:2008 from OHSAS 18001:2007 and Customs Registration Certificate (SRP) from the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise. October PT Delta Samudera was awarded a Mining Business License for Production Operation (IUP Production Operation) for 9,384 hectares in Nyuatan Sub-Distric, East Kalimantan in 22 years, comprising of 2 years for infrastructure construction and another 20 years of production. January BIPI held a Public Expose and Due Dilligence Meeting for Initial Public Offering. February BIPI shares are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with the trading code BIPI. March BIPI acquired 24.94% of PT Elnusa Tbk shares. July BIPI increased its shareholding in PT Elnusa Tbk by 12.73%, increasing BIPI’s shareholding in PT Elnusa Tbk to 37.67%. August The Indonesia Stock Exchange included BIPI in the calculation of LQ45 index for the period of August 2010 – January 2011. December KSO Pertamina EP - Benakat Barat Petroleum received Proper Blue award from State Ministry of Environment.
