Some of his previous positions include Commissioner at PT Antang Gunung Meratus 1996-2011, President Commissioner at Bank Harda International 1996-2002, President Commissioner at Omni Batavia Hotel 1995-2001, Commissioner at Bank Tamara 1991-1999, President Director at PT Bank Tamara Tbk. 1989-1991, Director at PT Tamara Commercial Bank 1985-1989, and President Director at Bank Pasar Kodapura 1980-1985.

An Indonesian citizen, he was appointed as Independent commissioner since December 2012. Graduate from Tarumanegara University, Economics Faculty. He also serves as Director of PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk since March 2011. Formerly, he served PT Jababeka Tbk as Division Head for Finance & Accounting.

An Indonesian national of 39 years old, he obtained his Master of Finance from California State University, United States in 1999. He serves as Director of the Corporation since 2009. He has more than 10 years of experience in mining and financial sectors. Besides a Director of the Corporation, Mr. Yustianto also serves as Director of PT Inti Permata Nusantara and Financial Director of PT Benakat Barat Petroleum. Before he was Head of Division of PT Geoservices (Ltd.) (2001-2008), Marketing Relationship Officer PT bank Indonesia Dai-Chi Kangyo (2000) and Development Assistant of Mich Development.
